Each return is treated with the same care as a curated exhibit to ensure a seamless experience for our collectors.
Initiate Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Shipment
Securely pack your garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and authenticity cards are included to maintain the item's pristine condition.
Affix Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the exterior of your package before dropping it off at any authorized courier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our curators receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
